Complex Abundance

was a year-long exploration
of 35mm film photography,
printmaking, personal narratives,
as well as the current state of
agriculture and food security
in the United States.

On the ground interviews
and U.S. agricultural statistics were
carefully overlaid onto silkscreened photographic images, incorporating materials such as compost, blood meal powdered heavy cream, seaweed, tomato, beet root, wildflowers and cover crop seeds.
